This page sets out the Sales Terms and Conditions, quality requirements, and guidelines of W-Glass OÜ governing the ordering, production, and delivery of products and services. The purpose of these terms and requirements is to ensure clear cooperation, a high-quality end result, and the accurate and unambiguous fulfillment of orders.

Sale terms

  1. The order will be dispatched from W-Glass OÜ warehouse (Klaasi tee 1, 76412 Jõgisoo village, Saue parish) based on the order number, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00.

  2. The order confirmation (hereinafter the Agreement) enters into force once it has been returned to us by e- mail. Upon entry into force, the Buyer accepts all data specified in the Agreement.

  3. The order may be modified within 24 hours after receiving the initial order confirmation. Later modifications are subject to a change fee. Orders already in production can no longer be modified.

  4. The delivery deadline specified in the Agreement depends on confirmation of the order and/or payment of the advance invoice. In case of delays in these actions, the delivery deadline will be postponed accordingly.

  5. The Seller is not liable for incorrectly manufactured glass if the PDF and DXF drawings submitted by the Buyer differ. In case of discrepancies, the party submitting the drawings is responsible for possible errors.

  6. The Seller guarantees that the glass delivered within one order will be of uniform tone and sourced from the same supplier. Uniformity of glass tones between different orders cannot be guaranteed, as they may originate from different production batches.

  7. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, including delays from raw material suppliers, transportation or logistics disruptions, work stoppages, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the delivery deadline will be extended according to the duration of the disruption. The Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer of the delay at the earliest opportunity.

  8. Invoices issued under the Agreement must be paid by the due date indicated. Late payments are subject to interest of 0.25% of the outstanding amount per day until full payment is made.

  9. Products must be collected from the warehouse within 3 working days after the confirmed delivery date. For later storage, the Buyer shall pay a storage fee of €5/m² per day. VAT at 24% will be added to the price.

  10. The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt and immediately notify the Seller of any defects. For defects that could not reasonably be detected upon receipt, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 30 days from the date of delivery. The Seller will review the claim within 14 days of receiving it and inform the Buyer of the decision within the same period.

  11. The Seller is not liable for damage to glass if such damage occurs due to improper handling or unsuitable storage conditions after the goods have been handed over to the Buyer or their authorized representative. The Buyer is obliged to follow the Seller’s document Guidelines for the Handling and Storage of Glass, available on the Seller’s website or from the Sales Department.

  12. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes from the Seller to the Buyer:

    1. Upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer, when loading onto the Buyer’s means of transport, or upon transfer to a carrier agreed by the Parties.

    2. Upon signing the goods delivery and acceptance document (CMR, Delivery Note) by the Buyer.

  13. Ownership of the goods passes from the Seller to the Buyer only after full payment of the invoice.

  14. As a rule, a tempering stamp is applied during the tempering process to the lower right corner of the glass item. If the Buyer has special requirements regarding the existence, location, or orientation of the tempering stamp, written information must be provided at the time of order confirmation. If the Buyer orders glass without the W-Glass OÜ tempering stamp, no certificate of conformity will be issued for the respective order.

  15. The assessment of glass quality is based on the W-Glass OÜ document Quality Requirements, which is available online or from our Sales Department.

  19. Fire-resistant glass complies with the standard EVS-EN 13501-2:2023.

  20. Mirrors comply with the standard EN 1036.

  21. The Seller processes and retains the Buyer’s data for the purposes of order fulfillment, customer communication, legitimate interest, and preparation of sales statistics, and transfers such data only to parties necessary for fulfilling the order or obligations arising from legal acts.
